Shipping Policy

Our products are created fresh from the factory after your order is placed. Because each item requires production and fulfillment time, please allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks for your order to be produced, shipped, and delivered.

Most orders arrive sooner, with many customers receiving their items within approximately two weeks. However, production schedules, carrier delays, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances may extend the delivery timeframe.

Products within the same order may be produced at different facilities. As a result, items may be packaged and shipped separately and may arrive on different dates. Separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customers will receive tracking information as each portion of the order becomes available.
